In-person launch session — 2 hours, in your area, on an agreed date before week 1
8 weekly 1:1 sessions — 60 minutes each
Weekly written accountability check-in — brief, structured, reviewed by me between sessions
For you as the parent:
Parent intake and strategy call — 60 minutes, before we begin
4 parent calls — 45 minutes each, at the start, week 3, week 6, and final week
Weekly written briefing after each teen session
1 family session — 60 minutes, scheduled when it will be most useful
Final review call — 45 minutes — with written summary
