1. Informational Website and Services

This website provides information about CFM’s mentorship services and allows prospective clients to contact CFM, schedule consultations, and inquire about services.

2. Non-Clinical Services

CFM provides non-clinical mentorship services focused on areas such as connection, accountability, communication, confidence, and personal growth. CFM does not provide therapy, mental health treatment, crisis care, medical services, diagnosis, or licensed counseling.

3. No Guarantee

CFM makes no guarantee of any specific outcome or result. Progress depends on many factors, including participant engagement and family support.

4. Emergency Situations

CFM is not an emergency service. If a teen is in immediate danger or experiencing a crisis, call 911 or an appropriate crisis resource immediately.

5. Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds

Program fees, payment schedules, cancellation terms, and refund terms are provided at the time of booking or enrollment. Unless otherwise stated in writing, payments made for services already started are non-refundable. Missed sessions, late cancellations, and no-shows may be forfeited or remain billable.

6. Right to Refuse or End Services

CFM reserves the right to decline, pause, or terminate services where CFM determines that the matter is outside scope, the relationship is not a good fit, policies are not followed, payment obligations are not met, or continued services are no longer appropriate.

7. Website Use

You agree not to misuse this website, submit false information, interfere with website functionality, or use the site for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.
