45 minutes — No charge
What we cover:
What's actually happening with your teen (patterns, not diagnosis)
Whether mentorship is the right kind of support for this situation
What engagement would realistically look like for your family
Whether to move forward, and which program makes sense
Who this is for: Any parent who wants to think clearly through their situation before committing. If you're unsure whether your teen needs mentorship, therapy, coaching, or something else — start here.
An 8-week mentorship program for teens who need steady structure, stronger follow-through, and a trusted outside voice.
What's included
For your teen:
8 weekly 1:1 sessions — 60 minutes each
Consistent focus on the areas identified in the intake
For you as the parent:
Parent intake and strategy call — 60 minutes, before we begin
Weekly written briefing — what we worked on, what I'm tracking, what you should know
Midpoint review call — 30 minutes, end of week 4
Final review call — 45 minutes, week 8, with a written summary
Best fit for: Families where a focused 8-week engagement with clear touchpoints is sufficient. Most parents who have done the Clarity Call and decided to move forward choose this option.
A higher-touch mentorship experience for families who want a stronger reset, deeper parent alignment, and a faster start.
Includes:
Everything in Standard Mentorship
For your teen:
In-person launch session — 2 hours, in your area, on an agreed date before week 1
8 weekly 1:1 sessions — 60 minutes each
Weekly written accountability check-in — brief, structured, reviewed by me between sessions
For you as the parent:
Parent intake and strategy call — 60 minutes, before we begin
4 parent calls — 45 minutes each, at the start, week 3, week 6, and final week
Weekly written briefing after each teen session
1 family session — 60 minutes, scheduled when it will be most useful
Final review call — 45 minutes — with written summary
Best fit for: Families dealing with significant tension or disengagement, situations where trust needs to be rebuilt quickly, families who want to be actively involved rather than informed, or situations where lighter-touch approaches have already been tried.
